All sales are final. We offer exchanges for your purchase amount, no refunds. 

Shipping:

The cost of shipping will be added to the purchase price. UPS is our primary shipping carrier. All items are professionally packed and shipped.  Large items can also be freighted or sometimes alternate delivery can be arranged.  You are always welcome to come in person and make your purchase, taking it home with you that same day. We are also open to any suggestions you might have in this area.

Clock Warranty:

All of our antique clocks have been professionally restored by Robin and are sold with a one year mechanical guarantee. This does not include any type of abuse, shipping damage or accidental breakage.  In the event of those types of damage we will do our best to minimize your cost for a repair.   Please contact us if you have any questions.
